The Kickstart is a simple 4–6 week intro challenge for beginners and anyone ready to restart: clear sessions, clear habits, and real support so you build confidence and consistency that lasts. For day-to-day questions and accountability, we stay connected via WhatsApp. You’ll always know what to do next, how to adjust, and how you’re progressing.

Meet Samuel (and the mindset behind Mind & Muscle)
I’m Samuel — founder of Mind & Muscle Academy. I’m originally from the UK and I’ve recently relocated to Australia to build this properly: a coaching movement built on strength, mindset, and community. I’m not here to sell quick fixes. I’ve lived the cycle of starting, stopping, losing momentum, and feeling like I wasn’t myself. What changed everything for me wasn’t a perfect plan — it was learning how to keep promises to myself: train consistently, build simple habits, and reset quickly when life got messy. That’s exactly what I coach now. If you’re a beginner, or you’re coming back after time off, the Kickstart is your clean starting point — with structure, accountability, and real support so you can rebuild confidence and keep going.
